Account Opening & Registration

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
3.1 Deposits
You can deposit at m9123 using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is 10,000 Ks.
Deposits are processed almost instantly, but may take longer in some cases due to verification checks. m9123 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment systems.

3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. To withdraw, you must have previously deposited using your payment method and passed identity verification.
Balances that include bonus funds require the bonus wagering requirements to be met before a withdrawal can be made. If you withdraw without meeting the requirements, the bonus funds will be cancelled.
3.3 Fund Verification
Anti-money laundering (AML) checks may be carried out in line with fraud prevention and financial compliance regulations. Withdrawals may be suspended until those checks are complete.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
m9123 offers a 120% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25x the bonus amount.
Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks: Receive bonus 24,000 Ks → Total balance 44,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 24,000 × 25 = 600,000 Ks.
Example — Deposit 340,000 Ks: Receive bonus 200,000 Ks (maximum cap) → Total balance 540,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 200,000 × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only
- If you attempt to withdraw after receiving a bonus, the bonus funds will be forfeited
- Bonuses can be used in gambling games; they cannot be withdrawn directly as cash
- m9123's decision on the outcome of any bonus eligibility checks is final
- Large withdrawal requests made with bonus balances before wagering requirements are met may be subject to review
4.3 VIP and Cashback Program
m9123 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can receive up to 0.4% cashback per week, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2%. Tier upgrades are determined based on your play history and engagement on the platform.
4.4 Referral Program
If you refer a friend to m9123, you will receive 8% of their first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 30,000 Ks per person. You will also receive 0.3% of your friend's valid wagers as a weekly commission. No additional conditions apply beyond these amounts.
Prohibited Conduct and Responsibilities
5.1 Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited while using the m9123 platform:
- Switching games using bonus information (bonus abuse)
- Running multiple accounts at the same time
- Making payments while concealing the source of funds
- Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an advantage
